No, I'm not throwing a TOGA party, but it would be fun...What I meant to say was YOGA!! YOGA!! Since I couldn't run this weekend due to being pretty sick last week, a friend recommended that I used this time to rest up and work on flexibility. So I took a yoga class on Saturday and Sunday to help me get more loose before training begins again this week. Everyone in the class looks so graceful and flexible...compared to me!! The Reids are not exceptionally fast, but what we lack in speed, we make up for with our incredible lack of flexibility. I have to say, after 2 classes, I feel pretty darn good today. Maybe I'll have to keep this up until marathon time. OK, stop laughing. Don't knock until you try it!!Feeling better today after taking the latter part of last week off and really resting for the first time in months. I'm going to start back with training today by running 6 in the park tonight.
