oh, yes, running...I ran 6 miles this morning. The only thing is that now at 5:30 AM, there's still about 20 minutes before the sun starts to show its face. So the first 20 minutes is in complete darkness...no big deal but it's more fun to see the sun right away. Something of note...I was the only person running in Liberty State Park this morning. I guess that means something is wrong with me...
