The key to this week is rest and eating right. Today here's what I ate:
Breakfast
4 egg whites + bowl of oatmeal
Lunch
Tuna on whole wheat bread w/tomatoes and lettuce.
Pretzels
Snack
Protein Bar
Dinner
Brown Rice, Ground Turkey, Roasted Red Peppers
Dessert
Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries in yogurt.
I'm trying to keep away from the simple sugars and replace with complex carbs. This is exceptionally difficult for me but it's one day in a row.
Running 3 - 4 easy miles tomorrow morning and then a nice stretch at the gym.
