1 day 4 hours and 16 minutes

Only 1 day left and today is an important day. Here's what I have planned
  • Just ate a protein pancake. Regular pancake mix with a scoop of whey. Added peanut butter and honey. Pretty good food for fueling
  • Going for a nice and S-L-O-W 20 minute run. The purpose of this run is to loosen up and stretch and to also shake some of the nerves.
  • Lunch at Mercer Kitchen with the family who is in town this weekend.
  • Afternoon nap...hopefully.
  • Team Fox pasta dinner at OTTO. Going to be yummy.
  • Plan to try and get to bed by 9:00 tonight. Waking up at 4:30 tomorrow morning.
  • Hydrating today as well. Overall, going to eat very bland today. Do not want to upset anything for tomorrow.
