E mail Set Up

I just set up the e mail for this blog. Not coincidentally, it's "beatingryanreynolds@gmail.com". You can either comment on my blog or send me an e mail. Once I figure out what charity I am going to run for, you'll be able to find the link on this blog as well. I'm off to Europe for work tomorrow so I will have to run in Milan, Amsterdam and Barcelona.
